Wear Your Words – International Shipping & Exchange Policy 🌍✨

At Wear Your Words, we ensure that every handcrafted piece reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Here’s everything you need to know before placing an international order with us:

1. Delivery Timelines 🚚

  • All international orders are delivered within 10-12 days at max once dispatched.
  • You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Exchange Policy 🔄

We offer exchanges for international orders under the following conditions:

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the exchange.
  • Since this involves international shipping, the process can take 30 to 45 days.

3. If You Receive a Damaged Product 📦

  • A package opening video is mandatory and must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. Without this, the request will be cancelled.
  • If the video is provided, the damaged product must be self-shipped to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once you share the tracking details of the return shipment, we will dispatch the exchange product.

4. Undelivered Shipments ❌

  • If a package is undelivered after multiple delivery attempts, it will not be returned to us (RTO is not available for international orders). The courier destroys the package, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Order Cancellations ❗

  • If you cancel an order before it is processed, a refund will be issued after deducting a ₹1500 handling fee.
  • Once the order is processed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

Since international shipping involves high logistics costs, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the above conditions to ensure you have a great experience with Wear Your Words! 💙
