Refund policy

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our return policy is shown below. Please note that some products could have a different return policy from the one shown below. In such cases, the policy mentioned in the product page will prevail.

RETURN POLICY:

Regular Orders:

  1. Timeline: Please file your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Damaged Items claims should be filed within 24 hours or order delivery. Any request received after 24 hours will be rejected. 
  3. Return: All eligible orders can be returned within a timeline of 7 days from the date of delivery
  4. Replacement / Exchange: Provided for all eligible orders. However, if a replacement product is unavailable at the time, store credit will be issued. 
  5. Returns: Store credit is issued for all returned orders. It is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  6. Cancelled Orders: All prepaid orders which are cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original source of payment in 5-7 working days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Any COD order will only be processed when confirmation is received over whatsapp and/or IVR within 24 hours. Post which it will be automatically cancelled
  2. For prepaid orders, an order can be cancelled before it is processed and a refund would be provided in the original payment mode. In case you still want to cancel the order, we will cancel and issue gift card for the amount.
  3. If a prepaid order is undelivered, no refund will be provided. We will issue a gift card once the order is returned back to us. 
  4. Pre-Paid or Partially Paid Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, no refunds will be processed for such orders. 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The standard method to return a product is by using our pick-up service. Kindly note that this service is subject to availability at your pin code.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted once. If the pickup fails, you’ll have to self-ship the product. 
  3. All exchanges/ returns are subjected to a freight charge of flat INR 250 per product. So if you exchange an order, the new order will be delivered on COD of INR 250 per product, and if you opt for a gift card, the value will be actual order value minus INR 250 per product. 
  4. For a return request to be accepted, all returned items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags, stickers and packaging intact.
  5. Your gift card will be issued only once per order.
  6. Pre-Orders cannot be placed with gift cards. 
  7. If the product you receive is damaged or you receive an incorrect product, we would need a package opening video to process the return/exchange request. We request your understanding here as we also require the video to generate claims with third party courier services.
  8. You may exchange a product only once.
  9. Products bought using a gift card are non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
  10. If the product/size that you want in exchange is not in stock, a gift card will be issued. 
  11. Gift Card will be issued or exchange order will be created only after your products are received at our warehouse and passed by the quality control team.
